Jim will break up with Pam because he himself sacrificed his career to be with her and she's doing the exact opposite. Of course, this will go down right before he is supposed to ask her hand in marriage but she tells him of the NY thing first and he therefore doesn't go through with it.
Jim quits Dunder-Mifflin.
Dwight regains his Assistant To the Regional Manager position and rekindles his relationship with Angela with his new "promotion".
Michael will hire an even hotter secretary for next season.

I hope the people saying weak ending had their DVR cut off, or failed to watch the last 30 seconds after the final commercial.

The opening was great, that was some classic Jim fucking with Dwight, and this season was sorely missing that. The phone shit was killing me.
