well obviously UNC payed CSTV a certain dollar amount to play commercials during certain times... I would assume ACC games... its not like there is some rule that only the teams playing can have commercials on during their games

On most channels they show commercials of the teams that are playing. They showed ECU commercials. I think it is pretty obvious that they F'ed up and showed the wrong commercials, since they did not show one of ours.

Of course it has to do with their #'s... Please tell me you didn't just think it was a big coincidence that some of Evan's stats were attributed to Morgan and they just happen to have the same #.

The person doing the ESPN stats obviously hit #7 on defense on a few snaps instead of #7 offense. You don't think they actually type in the stuff on Gamecast do you? It's all 1 button presets.

Of course we're going to rub it in.

They were favored.

We were 1-5. We were the worst team in the ACC. They were tops in C-USA.

ECU has talked smack ever since they beat us last year at our house.

Now the tables have turned.

They got beat, at home, to a team they felt they should have won.

Now they'll get ridiculed for losing to such a crappy team in the first place.

They've lost their bragging rights.

And since they care about this "rivalry" so much, they'll be all pissy til they get another crack at us (since they have absolutely no hope when it comes to basketball)

This was a good win for many reasons but the fact that it was ECU is not one of those.
