i guess I should see how my email is setup. I put them on my safe list so it doesnt go to spam but I've never gotten any emails from them (yet) besides the one telling me I was accepted. Its been pretty fun to do on my downtime this weekend though.

Also, I can't do this kind of thing at work, but even if I could I can't imagine geting much work done and also pull $4 an hour I can't pull that now with b2b questions and nothing else going on haha. And thats not a knock on you either..hopefully it didn't come off that way. Instead Im more impressed because thats smoking my rate.

Is there any way to block receiving a certain category? I keep getting sports questions about games played years ago and standings and stuff, and I have ZERO knowledge about this type of stuff and am having a hard time even finding the answers.

I also keep getting really stupid questions about who a person is, and as far as I can tell it's just some random facebook person.

are they coming in as generalist or specialist? when there is high volume, you pretty much have to answer whatever comes in, regardless of category. If they are coming in as specialist, then you can just eliminate that category

do you have the option to accept or regect the question (and you can read the question first before making your decision), or do you just get the "you have a new question" box with an "ok" button? The former is a specialist question, the later is a generalist.

if it is the later, then there is nothing you can do about it

and yes, it is bad to abort or clarify. abort should only be used for emergency purposes (not just because you can't find the answer), and customer clarify should only be used if the question is gibberish

I think part of my problem is also that the translators are sending me worse crap than the actual texters. It's like they made it unreadable instead of readable. And seriously, the nerd with the Magic and Wrestlemania questions just needs to stop now, as I have no fucking idea about any of them, nor does the internet.

Use Gamefaqs.com for video games. I have video games as a category, they take less than 1 minute... Go to FAQs for a game and just CTRL+F how to beat whatever.... or the Cheats section for each game.

not sure where you got that number from, but pay ranges between $.10 and $.20 per question. So, 150 questions is about $23 at 0.15 per question.

Hmm, I dono I guess I would suggest removing the "." from p.m. and just putting pm. That could be incorrect and I'll see if I get docked on this but I havent been using the periods since it seems like wasted space when youre short on characters. That would earn you space to add "MORE?" and easier allow the person to continue asking for the rest of the dates. /shrug
