i dont think he cares at this point. he never had the talent to miss practice so he still envies highly talented athletes who can afford to miss practice. he had a point to prove to himself that he values over winning. i think he'd do it again if he had the chance. the same way he will continue to run the shotgun sweep 10 times a game for the rest of his career.

If I see that fucking play one more time I'm going to stop watching. I didn't like it last year when we actually had a QB that could pull it down to run the damn ball because it didn't work, and its even worse this year. I think we've lost yardage on every one of them. I, for the fucking life of me, can't figure out why we are still running that. I thought this was a pro-style offense?

HB delay from the shotgun is not a 1st down play, at least if you aren't a team that throws the ball 85% of the time in that situation. It didn't help things when we actually ran the ball well with conventional power running plays, so we effectively just gave their defensive line a 1 second head start into the backfield.
