He's had Parkinson's for a while. Staying on in an administrative position. We'll be fine.

They're bringing in Torry Holt as the receivers coach.

I sincerely doubt that this is a surprise to the coaching staff and I'm sure they already had a plan I'm place for when this happened.

If you're not in the WPC, tickets to the Chik-Fil-A Kickoff Game in Atlanta were opened to the public. Just picked up my seven.

Not really. 65 for cheap seats, 77 for lower level. After fees and everything, I paid $83 a ticket to be 8 rows from the field.

Section 101. Just like being in section 6 at Carter Finley..at least, that's how I'll look at it.

I got lower level for ~$80 including tax and fees. They are at the side of the endzone. There are cheaper tickets on the 2nd level (~$70), and more expensive tickets closer to the 50 yard line.

My current debate: All my friends have student tickets. Do I want to pay 75 to sit by myself?

be careful when getting tickets down low at the Dome, the seats arent very steep so if you get too low you cant see shit. Best seats I've ever had there were first row of the upper deck

Tickets in lower section were in 101, looked like endzone/corner and shitty view from row 20. Went ahead and got mezzanine seats instead for $13 more/ticket, but the view from section 239 looks much better.

Have any of you been reading Heather Dinich's Ultimate ACC Road Trip blog series? She picks which game is the best in the ACC. Out of the first 12 weeks she has picked, we are in 6 of them. http://espn.go.com/blog/acc/tag/_/name/2012-ultimate-acc-road-trip

I'm just happy to be going. Anyone know roundabouts how much it would cost to get something on the jumbotron? I'm planning on calling tomorrow anyways, but I don't want to waste the effort if it's going to be ridiculously expensive.

Nah, no FDT. It's my Dad's 50th birthday, and I'm taking him to the game. Thought it'd be a neat way to wish him happy birthday.

When I asked about doing the whole proposal thing at Carter Finley, they said it would be like $500. (no thanks) It might be cheaper to just put his name on a slide with other birthdays, but probably a couple hundred.
