When the left tire mark goes up on the curb and the right tire mark stays flat and even? Well, the '64 Skylark had a solid rear axle, so when the left tire would go up on the curb, the right tire would tilt out and ride along its edge. But that didn't happen here. The tire mark stayed flat and even. This car had an independent rear suspension. Now, in the '60's, there were only two other cars made in America that had positraction, and independent rear suspension, and enough power to make these marks. One was the Corvette, which could never be confused with the Buick Skylark. The other had the same body length, height, width, weight, wheel base, and wheel track as the '64 Skylark, and that was the 1963 Pontiac Tempest.

This has made me madder than I thought. And the dumbfucks on the Dateline facebook page are even worse. Why is the show stooping to repeating the stories that were proven false in the trial? Really? The allowance issue? The woman got $300 a week, and $600 the week before. The "ongoing affair" when it was a one time thing??

I think onereason this is getting to me is that it's now an even more sensationalized story going "national", and it's pissing me off how twisted and one sided this is. How many thousands of people are watching this right now? How many stories like this have I've seen and was subliminally seduced into thinking how they want me to about someone's guilt? Plus it's all for ratings and making money, like this is a plot for movie not the real life death of a person. The family got what they wanted, why do this dateline show? I guess I just don't understand and I'm naive

I don't believe you're allowed to visit him in Central, unless you fill out an application, he fills one out that says he knows you and wants you to visit, and you pass a background check. My understanding is that it's pretty difficult to get a visit at Central anyways, much less if you don't know the person personally.

But I do think canteen money is a good idea. Honestly, if I were in his shoes though, I'd want money to go towards my retrial, not an extra hamburger during the week. Now, if I lost the retrial, I'd want the hamburger.

Now, my next question is, how long does it take a damn court reporter to type up a trial transcript. I'm ready to read all the details in the appeal they write up.

Is it normal to take this long??
