upper body + basic abs day


can I run tren ace at 150mg e3d? anybody know any side-effects of not spreading it out daily? i'd rather only do it 2x per week.

I literally felt like my biceps were stuck about 80% of the way up doing curls, which was incredibly annoying. Getting stuck at the portion of the lift that should be the easiest is aggravating.

I haven't bothered to work out my arms as anything more than an afterthought from back and chest days in almost 2 years, so I'd almost forgotten how swollen your arms can get if you work them on their own day.

no, because the day prior is always leg day, I don't like doing cardio after leg day because I'm sluggish and feel it inhibits muscle gains. What else am I going to do? If I'm working out of town and have to skip a day at the gym, arm day goes. There are people at the gym who view every day as arm day.

Besides, doing more tricep work has made my benching feel more stable.

I did squats for the first time in 5 years on tuesday... I haven't been able to do any cardio yet

I'm thinking of adding more direct arm work back in, for the latter reason.

Your placing makes sense. I'm tempted to do the same after a ME lower, which is followed by a 2 day off. However, that would place ME bench/upper 2 days following "arms".

I almost never do arms these days.

I haven't totally turned my back on my weightlifting roots and moved completely into Crossfit-style workouts, but I don't do much isolation work these days. It's mostly big compound movements, and I just chest, back, and shoulder work take care of arms.


Maybe I should work them on their own day again for a while, just to change things up again.

I really want to get into crossfit but I simply can't do some of the stuff, no equipment. The gym on base isn't very accommodating. I really can't wait until the pool opens up - that's my favorite way to work back/arms.

Well I mean obviously it isn't the same thing but i'm not looking to get my back ripped. The toning I get from swimming satisfies me.

My goals right now are simply to drop weight and lose the man boobs

Just ran 5 miles and did ten minutes of core exercises

^ Alternate dabbing your blister with neosporin, which will heal the wound faster and prevent infection, plus dab the wound with alcohol, which will keep it dry.

its a heavy cardio based thing.
i had a friend let me borrow p90x and since i didnt have to buy it i dropped some cash for that one
