The Tuesday usual after work.

Legs/lower back.
400 calorie burn on the tread/elliptical.
1-2 hours of basketball.

Yesterday was the Monday usual after work.

Core, arms, chest, upper back.
600 calorie burn on the tread/elliptical.
Light shoot around of basketball.

I ate a lb of fatback, a bucket of extra-crispy fried chicken (family sized), and a dozen rasberry filled donuts. I wonder what I should have for lunch?

I just took the dog for a nice hour long walk/run. He's exhausted, I'm going to the gym to lift after I watch some TV.

I did 90 minutes on the second highest setting of my elliptical yesterday.

That's the longest I have ever gone and I am TIRED today but I gotta get back on the elliptical again tonight.

Oh and I also cleaned for 2.5 hours which is no small task.

Should I increase my workout time? I stay 45 mins on cardio and an hour on resistance training. Resistance training is twice a week meanwhile cardio is four times a week.

I typically burn 500 calories on cardio days, no idea on strength training days...

I'm seeing results but would it speed it up if I worked out longer?

Of course we all liked them at one time but now that I'm eating healthy if I put something like that into my body my stomach literally hurts and usually get diarrhea from it. Now worth the pain. Now I associate that food with major discomfort.

I've done so much walking over farmland, swamps, and cutover the last few days that I've had absolutely no desire to go to the gym. I'm looking forward to doing some intensive cardio on Friday though.

an hour of cardio in between about 6 hours of cutting down trees and mowing the grass. yardwork can be tedious.

I want to get a set of climbing gaffs and start topping out some trees I want to take down. my neighbors are going to think I'm crazy.
