Meatloaf, roasted Italian potatoes, and string bean casserole. All made by me, myself, and I. My husband's gonna be peeved at me for making meatloaf because he doesn't like it, but I think that my mom's meatloaf recipe is yummy.

^^Ground beef, egg noodles, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, and some sour cream if you have it. Poor man's beef stroganoff.

as long as you don't cook it with ketchup on top.

stroganoff helper was a buck so i picked that up with a bit of sourcream and enough beef for spaghetti another night. pizza for the night i leave and I totally forgot the third meal. Prolly enough leftover crap to come up with something.

chicken cooked in OJ.

my bf and a friend started talking about cooking with OJ, so I gave it a go.

I poured some OJ in a skillet, added ginger and pepper, and let that warm up while I cut the last bit of fat from a breast. Then I just cooked the chicken in it til it was done, turning it often.

It took forever to cook, so the chicken was all cut up into small pieces by the time it was done, so there's a lot of flavored surface area

Then I added some more ginger, a bit of salt, and some tabasco, and reduced it to a sauce that I'm using for dipping broccoli in, and poured on some rice. Instant , with some seasoned salt and ginger.

I also have cauliflower and an apple

buffet sushi is like the absolute lowest quality sushi you'll ever have. Probably dirt cheap fish of questionable quality, with cheap rice
