me too they have gone through the roof and for a little more you could get a much nicer JLD. back in the day they were $300 and a good deal, but for $600+ and no collapsible stock, I cant justify it.

how can one party sell a long gun legally to another private party? is there paperwork required or something?

^ As long as the long gun sale is from a private seller (ie you are not "in the business" of selling guns) to a private citizen both in the same state, no paperwork or background check is required, though it would be wise to check the driver license to make sure they are over 18.

A pistol in this state requires a pistol purchase permit regardless of how the transaction takes place.

I have a Brand New Mossberg 500 Persuader I'd like to sell. Never been fired, even comes with the box and all paperwork that came with it. Includes the lock too. It holds 8+1 shells.



It also comes with an ATI stock with pistol grip which is currently attached. Also comes with the original pistol grip if you're into that.
