this can't all be placed on the shoulders of the players. These are the same guys who beat BC and FSU last year. There are fundamentals of the game that aren't being taught to these guys

Daniel Evans doesn't have a chance, from first the center can't get a snap above shin high and then the line couldn't block a middle school team

Hopefully the #22 recruiting class in the nation can turn this program around...we will not win another game this year

that's what high school is for.
i was a starter on defense and all special teams my senior year. if i'm not mistaken, i made two penalties that year, and that was in only 1 game. i'm not a pro, obviously, cause i'm not even out there... but i knew some freakin fundamentals.

I am glad I was at State during the Rivers Era, the highest bowl we got was the Gator, but at least it was exciting. I graduated in the same class he did....and so it appears the football program.

I've been saying this for years...stop recruiting in FL, we get left-overs...they are pretty much thugs that can't be taught disipline. I think O'Brien recognizes that, which is why he said he will put emphasis on recruiting in NC, we have great recuits in NC (i.e. see Mario Williams)

Greg Carr is a terrible receiver, which is what makes this all the worse.

Then again, most teams are smart enough not to just single cover a 6'6" guy with a 5'10" freshman.

we don't have a chance getting anything other than leftovers in nc or florida. it'll be a dogfight for leftovers against ecu and wake with the void from butch davis. then in florida you have fau and ucf getting the leftovers from uf usf fsu and miami miami.

we're pretty much screwed unless you think tob can outrecruit butch davis which isn't realistic at all.

For those of you doubting TOB, look at BC, I know things look grim, it may take 2 or 3 years to get his talent in, but the man knows what he is doing....he can't help the fact is left with recruits from a coach that just had a helluva of QB for four years and didn't do anything after Rivers left

First off TOB's coaching style is different than Chuck's. Chuck recruited a blitz happy defense and TOB likes to sit in zone and soft man. Which relies on solid tackling which our team lacks. Like somebody said we got a bunch of athletes instead of players.

Also the strength and conditioning coach needs to be fired. Too many injuries. I know Andre's injury wasn't conditioning but a lot of our other injuries were conditioning. Also our guys look weaker than almost every team we have faced. Fire Todd Rice.
