I knew my revalations of reality wouldn't go over well because state fans are worse than Clemson's expecting to win a championship or something while forgetting the person responsible for the best season and the stadium being more than a bleacher and two ant hills.

Yes well the atlantic is full of teams on the decline while the coastal is full of teams that recently made homerun hires. Lets explore..

Atlantic-by far the worst division in all of the BCS. MAC-south would give it a run for its money.
FSU-ok they'll always be good but Bobby's days are numbered and they won't be like they used to be anytime soon. I don't think Richt is leaving Georgia.
BC- can only do so much. They are peaking now that they are free of TOB's play calling though.
Wake- they've peaked and can only go same or down from here
Maryland-just waiting to get rid of Fridge. kings of mediocrity
Clemson- a better version of ncstate. fans think they deserve national championship. ran coach out now what? maybe they will make a good hire and save the division from ultimate shittyness

Coastal-
VT-fosters going nowhere. reloading. full of freshman on the way back to the national stage.
Miami-great hire. unreal youth. On the way back to national stage.
UNC-great hire. building quicker than expected- on the way to national stage (would be there this year without inj)
GT-great hire Paul johnson building quicker than expected. on the way to being a year in year out top 25 team
Duke-a lot like your typical atlantic divission teams. on the level of ncstate
UVA- waiting to get rid of groh. until then the verdict is out and they will likely be a lot like your typical atlantic team.(still better than ncstate this year and this is as bad as they can get)

Sorry to bear the bad news. I've been disapointed about NC State football as well. Some things are just out of our hands but its no need to close your eyes to the truth about it. NC State fans won't admit the UNC program is better than them until UNC wins a national championship.

There wasen't, isn't, and will not be a stand alone team in this conference this year. Just because UNC beat your precious Miami, and Notre Dame, in the same last drive fashion that they should've beaten Virginia, does not make them the end all, be all, QB and tate injured or not
