^^^^Losing Jackson is a MUCH bigger hit than Richardson, I think. It looks bad with Richardson because of everything around him during National Signing Day, but Jackson is a much bigger contributor and is already one of the best defensive players on the team.

Haslam isn't just the owner of that particular gas station. He's the founder, owner, and CEO of ALL Pilot gas stations. The dude has given UT over $32 mil.

Montmarquet is a 22-year-old woman from Mount Juliet, Tennessee. The suspects were taken to the Pilot for identification where the victims identified Edwards and Richardson as the ones who asked for all the money. The three football players are all Lane Kiffin recruits. "At this time we are currently evaluating the circumstances surrounding an incident involving Mike Edwards, Janzen Jackson and Nu'Keese Richardson," said UT Athletic Director Mike Hamilton. "Any decisions or comments regarding their status will not be made until the evaluations are complete." "

I hope the charges on Jackson end up getting dropped and just gets suspended for the rest of the season or somthing like that. As for the other two, they will be gone from the team soon.

None of the three will be traveling with the team. There was some discussion that Jackson might make the trip, but that's not the case.

With that said, Nu'Keese is still in jail. Whether his parents/family members don't have the money to bail him out (Pakokee) or they are trying to send a message, it's a sad (and hopefully wakening) situation.

I heard on the radio coming back home that another UT player has been arrested for shoplifting. Apparently this occurred just before homecoming as well. He allegedly stuffed a $100 shirt into a Dillards bag that he was carrying with him in the store. I can't remember the guy's name though. Anyone else have any info on this?

Not sure though, shit got nuts with Ole Miss losing and LSU maybe losing today. Tennessee are second the in east to Florida. Capital One is supposed to be #2 in the SEC, but the Florida/Bama loser will still go to a BCS bowl, so Cap.
