maining support is not good in very low elo. seems too many ADC don't know how to cs or when you finally get paired with a good/decent one, your top or mid feed hardcore. I think i'm like 2-8 or 3-7 in my last 10 ranked.

When I play support, I always try to force level 2 because most people at my MMR don't realize that you can get a huge advantage depending on your matchup just by rushing level 2 and being super aggressive.

I completely disagree. MAYBE I can help my bot lane win a little, but I can't be top and mid also. Additionally, there are 4 other people on the team and support is likely the least important. ADC should win the late game. mid/top win early game for you and late only if they get fed. jungle gives advantages to all lanes.

I can't say i've ever seen a support carry a game EVER.. doesn't matter the ELO.

Idk if you are trolling or not but Phreak works at Riot and is a shoutcaster for LCS. He's only Diamond V but I'm going to bet that's a shit load higher than you (and everyone else in here) is.

^^^Vision is the most important thing in the game. Carrying is not necessarily about doing the most damage - it could be stopping someone on your team from raging in all chat. IMO carrying is convincing your team to stop the battle-mode bullshit and take objectives.

So I've been playing some Platinum vs Silver custom games thinking I was going to learn a lot, but it seems like they want to make it a stomp immediately. I learn a bit about lvl 1 strats or what to do if you hit lvl 2 first and stuff but I lose the lane very quickly even if I'm familiar with the champ. Then in all chat they say we don't have good objective control and we need to focus on farm rather than kills.

So far there's only been like 2 players that have good advice, so I only go in to them now if I recognize one of the more talkative plats. Anyone else tried?

the chat group is: "Platinum vs Silver" and "Silver vs Platinum" people will post the games there or invite you from the group.
