DUKE v MARQUETTE semifinal gets an ESPN3 feed AND is on ESPN2

NCSU v GEORGETOWN FINAL gets ESPNU

Well to be fair, the charleston classic isn't exactly high profile as far as early season tournaments go. There are only two major conference teams in the lineup.

The lack of ESPN3 inclusion is a bit baffling, but you only have to compare the field from the two tournaments to answer all of your other questions. Also of note, ESPN only carried 4 of the 12 games from Charleston; they carried 9 from San Juan...location to send HD equipment is obvious.

Ok now this is ridiculous, the game that's in overtime right now George Mason vs Wofford IS on ESPN3, whereas there is no link for our game coming up at all.

don't understand the espn3 thing in one game but not the other, it used to be no espnu games ewre on espn3 so cable carriers would carry it in better packages...

and gopack all access has absolutely no right to carry games that are already on TV unless they paid big $$$, so i don't know how you could begin to blame them

you do realize that if UNC/Duke was in our position playing against georgetown that the game would magically appear on ESPN3

I know they pick the games for TV in advance. I'm not asking them to drive trucks out and broadcast a game. I'm asking them to include an internet feed for a game they are already broadcasting. Esp a Final

and these stations get pissed that websites like iilemi and channelsurfing exist.

Does UNC basketball not have a collegiate weight training program? I understand the freshmen, but their whole team is wiry. Especially Henson and Zeller, who just get pushed around. I know Roy likes to run, but maybe they would have less trouble in the half court offense if they had a big man that could establish and maintain position on the blocks? Maybe Zeller is afraid 10 more pounds would crush his foot and/or ankle?
