The loss is no surprise - but I can appreciate that some of the guys played til the end, and that many fans hung in there until the buzzer. I especially think Zo really is the heart of the team, he's the only one I see repeatedly trying to fire the guys up. At least it was a competitive effort considering we're just being straight up outmatched.

In other (good) news, it looks like Miami is about to take a loss as well so they'll stay on our pace Please Maryland and VT to win!

And quit bitching about Leslie - yeah he gets pissed a lot and acts like a baby about most calls - but that is a sign of "caring" about the game imo. I mean he put up 24 points for us tonight and played hard until he fouled out. What more do you want?

We gotta change it up when AJ is in the game. He cannot guard the ball handler. Duke made their comeback by going at AJ.

You have to stop UNC before they get the ball to the bigs. All our runs came when we were able to force turnovers (and when mcadoo was in the game.)

Wood also needs more than 1 screen, or Wood needs to run a 2 man game with his screener. Screener is usually open.

I can't get over how much time Wood spends stationary. OK, so the screen doesn't work out...keep moving, at least give your guy a workout.

I was really glad with the CJ Leslie chant we had going on at the end... he deserved it, played his heart out today. The crowd was easily the loudest it's been all year, but it seemed like every time we'd have a breath of life the refs would make a bullshit call and there went our "momentum".

But yes, I thought the crowd was very good tonight. And CJL, as has been said many times, played great tonight. As much trouble has Henson has given him (Henson has pretty much dominated him in the previous games, going back to last year) it was nice to CJL have such a great game.
