I felt it was always inevitable and that match was set up perfectly for it too. I just hate that Valencia gifted it to him. Oh well, thats why we have a proper right back in our squad .... oh wait Ashley Young is our right back now. 1/8/2016 1:00:30 PM |

Well I think this is the match where we turn against LVG just like we did after Fulham when Moyes was the manager. This is atrocious, it's not even football. Fucking golf is probably more entertaining. 1/9/2016 2:11:31 PM |

That saves him for another week. Worst match I have seen all year. This team was from league one we should have absolutely murdered them. Instead we didn't even dare to play football.
Memphis was lively but that's about the only positive. Memphis needs a few more matches. LVG needs to fucking grow some balls and play football. At this point I wouldn't even mind letting Giggs take charge, at least he would know how to attack. Wouldn't even mind losing if we showed endeavor. 1/9/2016 2:33:26 PM |

To be fair I'm not mad. In the past Arsenal still the pedal down the full 90. They did what they should have done and defended the lead. Just didn't see it out.
At least City didn't win. 1/13/2016 4:58:54 PM |

I was actually typing "well done to Arsenal to come back and see this game out" when Liverpool got the free kick that eventually led to Allen's goal. Giroud's goal was very nice.
Really a shame for LFC to concede those two joke goals in the first half when they were dominating the game though.

I thought it was a game of two half's. Livepool were much better in the first 45 minutes and deserved a goal probably but United edged it in the second half and deserved that goal.
Played like shit in the first 45 though and Fellaini has no business being a defensive mid but he is very effective in the final third. Liverpool had a lot of gaps back there.
When he moved Mata to the middle and brought on Memphis our attack got much better. A draw was probably deserved but its laughable when liverpool fans think they were miles ahead, you weren't. Taking 15 million shots from outside the 18 yard box doesn't mean you lot created chances. De Gea made 2 routine saves, nothing spectacular and that was about all Liverpool created. When you can't defend 1 guy with 4 players you deserve to give up a goal.
A striker, someone who may cost around 30 million or so, would have made a huge difference. Oh wait.... 1/19/2016 11:32:34 AM |
aimorris All American 15213 Posts user info edit post |
I'm not saying Liverpool deserved to win but United most certainly did not deserve that goal. They were handed it on a platter because of the same stupid shit Liverpool's been doing all season.
It was a terrible game all around and I'm definitely not pleased with Liverpool or thought they were "miles ahead." The fact that you're okay with it says a lot about how much you care about philosophy or whatever the hell you usually talk about. Defending Fellaini really is a new low for you.

^^^ Don't mistake my joy of getting 3 points against a bitter rival as me being ok with it. I don't know how many times you need to read shit performance before you understand that I wasn't exactly happy with the performance.
lol defending Fellaini. I guess when I call him useless in defensive mid I am defending him.... However, you do have to be absolutely blind to not realize a player like Fellaini is a great option for any team to have on the bench. In the final third his physicality brings a different dimension to the game. Barring injuries, that is exactly how he should be used as well.
For all the shit LVG gets at least I can smile about the fact that the liverpool fans still haven't seen their team beat the man who is apparently a joke.
