As a fan I hate when calls are missed but I also have just accepted that happens throughout the game and I don’t need to analyze it. I just get mad about it and move on.

I like awarding a team for winning on the road. That said, it’s all arbitrary. Just like it was with the RPI. Top 50 RPI wins were a very popular metric to compare teams with, but beating the 49th team isn’t significantly better than beating the 51st team. There’s no real perfect answer to it - just hope the committee is able to dig deeper into the numbers (spoiler: they won’t, they’ll just make up whatever justification they want for their choices).

a lotta teams have terrible and ugly stretches vs UVa. that's the #1 defense in the nation and the slowest pace in the nation. 10 minute scoring droughts are not fun and i'm not really excusing it, but UVa makes teams do that shit. but we had a good game plan for the majority of the game against an elite defense. i'll take that all day
