So, just out of curiosity... suppose he wins. Is he then reinstated to the UNC football program? Aren't scholarships "at will," meaning UNC could yank his scholarship for any reason or no reason at all. And forget scholarships, couldn't he similarly be cut from the team?

I guess he could be deemed eligible for play at some other university, but it seems like things would be awkward if he were reinstated on the UNC team after suing UNC. Sorry for the dumb questions, I haven't kept up with the thread.

UNC is putting everything in the fact that the honor code is an agreement by the student and Univ. and since the honor court rolled out a punishment, the NCAA doesnt have any say so whatsoever.
