Yes, because UNC COULD find him eligible and play him, but won't for fear of NCAA bylaw 21b or whatever which says the NCAA could nail them for playing an ineligible player (if the injunction were reversed).

So he wants an injunction to force UNC and the NCAA to let find him eligible to play, on the grounds that he will win his actual case against them in the future.

They've been going off all half-cocked thinking that all this had to do with was incorrect citations when McAdoo admitted that the tutor wrote papers for him, in multiple classes and on multiple assignments.
