just got finished watching and wow - awesome (i'm in germany.... takes a while before I can download the whole thing and watch it, without reading this thread first).

BUT, to really geek up the place some more, I have some more trivia that I noticed - i heard it the first time, and rewound to watch the moment again to confirm.
1) As DSMears has noted at least twice so far (in post number 2, and in the previous page), David Fury is a co-executive producer and writer for 24 this season.
2) David Fury was also a writer for Buffy the Vampire Slayer and later the co-executive producer with Joss Whedon
3) In this episode of 24, when the CTU SWAT team was entering the container at the shipping yard, the commander gave an order to "Agent Finn", the apparent leader of the SWAT team.

and the payoff) Riley Finn was a recoccuring character on Buffy in season 4. He was Buffy's covert goverment agent boyfriend, AKA "Agent Finn".
I looked at all the SWAT team's faces, but unfortunately it doesn't look like got the same actor

Oh yeah - something else I just remembered while looking over the JackTracker site.
This probably (might, at least) has something to do with the David Fury 24-Buffy connection as well.

Wayne Palmer, the ex-Prez's bro, plays Robin Wood, the Sunnydale school principal + demon fighter, in Season 7 of Buffy.

btw - David Fury played "The Mustard Shirt Guy" in Buffy's season 6 episode Once More, With Feeling, one of the best hours of television ever aired.
