I dunno but i clicked the thread when it said you were the last poster and you hadn't posted

I uh, walked around today. I been doin pushups and crunches every day though along with some elastic band stuff.

I beat the punching bag with my head for about 2 minutes.

This isn't as bad as the kid who kicks the thing with his shoes off.

And, I did some crunches and benches.

Ran 22 miles, another 20 miles on the bike, 20 minutes on the elliptical, circuit training day (chest, forearms, upper and lower back, biceps, triceps, shoulders).

i don't know, prob upper 60s. i've been jetskiing occassionally throughout the winter on warmer days (70 degrees plus, which occur occassionally even in January), wearing a 3mm wetsuit. yesterday was the first time i took it out this season w/o the wetsuit.

I haven't done any real exercise in a while because I hurt my back, but I'm doing old people exercises to work on that until I'm better.

The plus side is that I got weighed at the doc and weigh less than I did in high school.

starvation is not a good way to lose weight

but if you're going to be voluntarily fasting I suggest you do the Master Cleanse

drink nothing but water with maple syrup, lemon juice and cayenne pepper
at night have an option detox tea and in the morning drink a glass of warm salt water

be prepared to shit like you've never before

I hit the punching bag for an hour and some change, and some kid comes out and asks if he can share it with me. The punching bag, it's the first time anyones ever tried to split turns on it with me, so I thought hey why not. Then he starts kicking it with his feet, I kinda felt nasty when I punched the thing after, but it was a test of manliness.

(for Wednesday)

Chest, shoulders, and the rest of the upper body workout.

300 calorie burn on the Elliptical.

1.5 hrs of basketball in which I couldn't hit a jumper but couldn't be stopped taking it to the rim..

I'm taking a day off today. My shoulder and chest muscles are so fucking tight right now I can barely breathe correctly.

Finally hit my target weight of 175 today after almost a year and a half.

0 trips to the gym, very little diet change.

Mostly just push-ups, crunches and jumping jacks and semi-daily walks.

It was a slow process from 210 lbs, but I think I will keep it off better this way.
