^not sure but I had the same issue and got it fixed...basically I played through a couple of Campus Legend seasons ...I ended up winning the conference and national title and never got the achievement

however i then created a new campus legend player and i believe i got the national championship achievement

i think in order to get the bowl and confl. championship achievements i had to do it in dynasty mode? dunno its confusing and somewhat glitched i think
