I still play on occasion. Not for terribly long periods of time like I used to. Now, I just find the noobiest servers I can and huntsman my way to the top.

All that shit is just new items. All classes have new weapons and they added a market so you can buy them plus other completely useless garbage like hats or some shit. I managed to get the weapons through achievements, so I completely ignore everything except the server menu.

Half of the new shit is just cosmetic. Hats and colors and what not. Doesn't change gameplay at all. The other half is new weapons you get from random drops or by completing achievements. Some of the new weapons are pretty fun to play with (charge 'n' targe for demo, huntsman, sandman).

i still play but i just do it for fun, not trying to become an expert. the new items/weapons/etc i just ignore pretty much.

they are just complicated and silly in my opinion. i still play with the original weapons. sometimes i try the new soldier rocket launcher but usually switch back to the original.
