how about.... people who made a common youthful mistake and feel like they don't want to punish or burden a child with undereducated parents (who often have to drop out of HS or college if they have a kid) who will struggle to make ends meet for the next 20 years. So instead, they finish schooling, get a stable job, find a good relationship, then have a kid 5, 10, 15 years down the road when it will be better for everyone?
