It was slow for a 5.2k (yeah, odd distance, but it was sponsored by a restaurant called Seasons 52). 29 minutes. But I followed it w/a 7-mile run for a total of ten miles.

I wish I could hang out and watch the game! I love Mac's! TRAVIS ROCKS!!!

Instead, the boy toy is taking me away to Daytona Beach for the weekend. Huzzah!

Yes. Christmas and Thanksgiving are not allowed. Also, the weeks of Florida spring break are out (March 27-April 10), but I'll be in Costa Rica for one of those weeks anyway.

I have to use the pass before January 31, 2011.

My bff, Sommer, has a birthday the day after mine, so we're having a big birthday gala in downtown Orlando, followed by a week of wild festivities. We went to San Diego together last year to celebrate, but we're staying local this year and letting the party come to us.



We'll probably see our psychic and then grab a limo and hit some crazy dive bars. You guys are invited if you want to come!

Otherwise, wait until cruise time and just spend a couple of extra days prior to the cruise and we'll hit the parks!

The movie spent way too much time on the "in-between world" that Susie was in, and I think Peter Jackson did that just so he'd have an excuse to go all out with the graphics and make stuff look cool. Because of that, not enough time was spent on the actual story, plot, and stuff.

I mean, I guess it's worth a watch -- but really, watching it just made me wanna read the book again to get that nasty taste out of my mouth, haha. I think if someone sees that movie without having read the book, it will make them not want to read the book.

I prefer the White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Clif Bar over the Luna Bar, but both are incredible!

Peaches (the 18lb fat cat) has been watching the other 2 cats sleep on top of me at night for the last few months. Last night she decided she'd had enough of that, so she wrestled herself onto the bed and hoisted herself on top of my chest around Midnight.

I could tell by the look on her fat cat face that she was uncomfortable, but there she stayed. For how long, I'm not sure, because I managed to fall asleep despite the heavy weight crushing my lungs and hindering my breathing.
