The ACC needs to get rid of the coaches from the middle to the bottom and actually hire good coaches.

The conference should actually care about the schools hiring good coaches to keep the conference competitive.

The big east is loaded with good coaching talent.

George Mason is far from shitty....possibly a NCAA team. The Colonial conference has gotten pretty good in the last 10 years.
