Ernie Tip

If you're UGA there and you see the slot receiver line up without a DB playing man on him, hot route the far receiver to a go, and (depending where you are between the hashes) hot route the slot to a quick out or slant to the sideline. It's 5-10 yards every (every) time, and a chance for a huge play if DBs are playing a two-deep zone. HR the slot to a drag over the middle if the LBs are blitzing and it's another easy seven yards every time.

This has been like 95% of my pass offense since 2004

Clemson survives another week to win 24-21 over the #24 Tennessee Vols after a rather poor offensive showing with 129yds and 1 int through the air and only 103yds rushing on 33 attempts. The Tiger offense only managed 1 offensive touchdown and field goal with no scoring in the 2nd half but were bailed out by 2 Bray pick 6's along with 2 lost fumbles. Bray pretty much had his way with the Tiger defense in the 2nd half going 18/33 for 385yds and 1 TD but wasn't enough to overcome the early 3rd quarter blunders.

Up Next: The Tigers continue their 5 game home stand against Wyoming in which the Tiger offense hopes to get back on track before the Noles come to Death Valley.

The Wyoming Cowboys defense is no match for the 24th ranked Clemson Tigers as RS Junior RB Andre Ellington rushes for a new school record 333yds and 5TD in route to a 51-14 win. Aside from the exploiting a very poor Wyoming rush defense, there really wasn't much to talk about regarding the Tigers offense. RS Sophomore QB Tajh Boyd goes 7/12 for 106yds but his accuracy issues continues as he missed several wide open receivers. Boyd also threw and int to a wide open Cowboy linebacker and fumbled while diving instead of sliding to avoid a tackle. The Tigers' first team defense gave up 0 points and 0 first downs before giving way to the 2nd team defense halfway through the 3rd quarter. Coach Swinney isn't too optimistic in his offense going into next week's battle against FSU and hopes the defense can pull through for a 3rd straight week.

Up Next: The 4-0 (2-0 in conference) Clemson Tigers have their work cut out for them as a huge road block stands in their way during Week 4 as the Seminoles come to town.

non confrernce game. I mass subbed at halftime and ran the ball on every down except 3rd the entire 2nd half. As a pass heavy, running the ball more than mpassing in a 7 minute game is rare. Check the stats a little closer. I had a guy name rice and a gainer and joseph carry the ball most of the 2nd half and I had no idea who those guys are. Gainer must be the scout team hb because he is like 66 overall and not even in the 4 on the depth chart. Joseph is the backup fb and no idea who the other guy is. My backup qb got hurt for a while so my starter came back in.

I had a pick 6 and a fumble on the 4 in the 4th qtr which basically gave me 14 points.

Anytime nobody has 10 carries or 5 catches you can obviously see it was sportsmanship. Most of the guys in this will keep running with their star back and get like 300+ yards and 5tds but not me. Don't just look at the final score and make assumptions before you get the fact straight. Yeah, I kept playing the game, but I asked Corso the entire 2nd half and throw the ball to different wrs on 3rd and long. My best wr had like 3 catches. Ran on 3rd downs late. attempted a 53 yd fg. Finished the game on the 15.

Everybody on the team had a carry/catch/pass. My backup defense sucked so much dick and gave up 2 tds off of broken tackles alone.

Not even remotely close to "bad sportsmanship". It would be silly to start kneeling and punting on first downs and that would never happen in real life.

Maybe you are looking at them online but on the game, after you've played your game taht week, it adds all the stats for your team from that week and none of the other teams so your guys end up being leaders in everything, especially early in the season.

Beat the RRoD hokies 31-14.

RB Silas Redd runs over through and around the Hokie defense to the tune of 296 Yards on 39 carries with 3 scores.
this game takes Redd to 624 yards on the year on 82 carries (7.6 yards per carry) and 8 TD's


my Poor QB1... 4-9 for 99 yards... 3 freaking INT's... one a 99 yard pick 6.

game wasn't nearly as close as the score dictates as I had my way as long as I stayed on the ground... 2 of the 3 INT's were in the redzone.

Frustratiing game vs Pitt last night. Should have put the game away multiple times but they would either get a KR or a long TD to stay within reach. They ran no huddle the entire game. Put the game away late and they scored a meaningless TD.
Moose had a monster game though, I think he had over 230 and 3 TDs. At one point in the 4th Q he was averaging 10 yds per rush. Justin Byers had a huge game on D (of course on the same day it comes out that he done for the season), he should of had a stolen pitch for a TD if not for a Brandon Bishop chop block 20 yds behind the play, and he picked off a 2pt conversion attempt. Audi Cole with a safety after a Glennon pick on the 1 yd line.

I was going to comment about E man running up the score too when I first saw it last night, but I couldn't get any stats so I waited. (Yes, I will run it up on UNC given the chance)
