While I completely agree, it was one of the text polls, so apparently a lot of fans in the stadium wanted to hear Taylor Swift. I think she's kinda popular these days. While most of the music isn't what I would listen to in my free-time, I have no complaints.... just like it would take some truly hideous uniforms for me to get upset. Seems like a silly and trivial thing to bitch about.

if that's the case, why don't we just play classical piano or a harp during breaks? the point is ^^. the crowd was great yesterday. it was difficult enough to take watching the lead slip away. boring music just makes it worse. also on that note, gg band for breaking out the looney tunes theme to start the halftime show... might as well play benny hill for 10 minutes.

and lol^ if by "fans" you mean the 320 girls in the stadium that had been staring at their phones the entire time anyway. nobody interested in the game wanted to hear taylor swift in the second half.

bitch bitch, moan moan. from where I sat, the music didn't affect the excitement in the crowd at all. if you want some some support, go over to pack pride where the old crusties are complaining about the music and pondering why that weird techno and new music they call "hip hop" is even considered music. and why the kids on the basketball team stopped wearing shorts that stop mid-thigh.

i did find it odd that they used the wagon wheel song for the sizzle-cam. it's a hard song to sizzle to.

^ha, that's probably true about the teenage girls. I agree that the taylor swift song was terrible, but it really didn't bother me, it only played for a minute or so, and the crowd was just as loud the next time we were on defense.

Thought Carter-Finley was about as loud at points yesterday as I've ever heard it. We've got some really good young players, just not enough talent & depth across the defense (especially at LB) right now.

Biggest issue I had with coaching & play calling was all the wild cat formations where we never (at least not that I can remember) handed it off for the jet sweep. Then when Brissett went out for that one play, instead of handing off to Shadrach, we decided to let our walk-on back-up QB throw the ball. Just didn't make a ton of sense. Regardless, we had to play a perfect mistake-free game to beat FSU and did so up until the middle of the 3rd quarter.

Just hope they don't come out too flat against Clemson.

Taylor swift is shitty music to be playing in the 3rd quarter ever.

We scored at least one TD with the wildcat yesterday. People bitch about it, but Dayes and Thornton almost always get good positive yardage when we go to it. It wouldn't kill them to start handing off once in a while. (That's on the RB's ... not the coaches. It's their read).

Also, wasn't it 3rd and relatively long when Leatham went in and threw the pass? Seems like we almost had to throw in that situation.

wish we would have lined our QB up more at QB yesterday. wouldn't have matter in the end.

I guess we were lining it up for the jet sweep and when they did we false started.

/rant

great game fun to watch stayed in the whole game (extra airplane bottles). if Jamis would have been out for this game we would have won. and i think if we could have been turnover free we would have won.

The D needs to step it up.

Dayes' plays stick out to me most on screen passes. IIRC, he has at least 3 TD's that way.

Just like last year, we start Creecy and he's the least productive back. He must be a really awesome guy that everyone likes, because talent-wise he is at best the 3rd best RB we have.

Ehh...Creecy starting isn't a big deal since Dayes and Shad still get the majority of the touches.

Yeah, when you have 3 RB's that all see action throughout the game, it doesn't matter who actually starts.

Shadrach: 60 carries for 368 yds (6.1 avg), 8 catches for 66 yds (8.2 avg), 7 TDs
Dayes: 38 carries for 270 yds (7.1 avg), 18 catches for 220 yds (12.2 avg), 7 TDs
Creecy: 26 carries for 170 yds (6.5 avg), 3 catches for 12 yds (4.0 avg), 1 TD

not gonna complain about that balance one bit

I didn't feel bad about the crowd booing b/c it was incredibly obvious what FSU was doing by the 3rd or 4th time. Perhaps I'm biased in memory recall, but I don't remember a single FSU player going down with an injury while they were on offense. Not a one.

Not sure why so many people are being critical of the stadium atmosphere. I thought it was very loud most of the game and the stands stayed full till the very end. Heck, I didn't bother leaving my seat till 20-25 minutes after the game ended - why bother standing in a line to get out?

I almost lost my voice from all the screaming and yelling as well

yeah, i think the stadium was rocking as loud as it ever has for the majority of the game, and very few people left before the end. even with them playing a minute of a Taylor Swift song.

Lady in the parking lot told me she was going to write a letter to the "president" of the university because her experience was so bad. Can you guys believe that people yelled at her walking through the frat lot? Unimaginable.

She also claimed to be a professor at UGA where she said, "that type of behavior would never be tolerated."

Visiting fans need to realize nothing good will ever come from walking through the student lot.

Students at Georgia don't have a centralized tailgating location because the stadium is on campus. They just party at the frat houses until gametime.

Ha, in terms of the attitude of visiting fan bases, I've gotten shit talked to the most by FSU fans the last 3 times they've come to Raleigh.

My season tickets this year are right next to the opposing fans up top and the FSU fans behind us were trying to start something whether they were up 15 or down by 17. That just happens at sporting events, if you're upset by it then don't put yourself in that type of situation (like walking through the student tailgate lot - especially the first row).

Opposing fans are pretty much always gonna talk shit. If you don't wanna get booed/heckled/picked on, then don't walk through the student lot. I would fully expect people to talk to shit to me if I walked through an opposing team's student lot.

In my experience, most of it is fairly good natured. Especially if you play along and don't immediately get defensive and act like a dick. Of course there's always a few drunk people who may go outta their way to talk shit and not really be good-natured about it.

ECU fans hit me with a glass of beer when we (the marching band) were leaving their stadium. After we lost. After we let them borrow our field and they fucked it up.

Fuck that glorified community college.

Gigapixel is released. Check out Brissett wearing Number 17 on his back, 12 on his shoulders and the name LACCA

Cant link it directly, youll just have to zoom in on the State sidelinehttp://gigapixel.panoramas.com/ncstate/football/20140927/

Too short to be Brissett, and #12 Lacy is seen just to the right, looks about the same height, so in the 5-9, 5-10 ballpark. 12 on the shoulder and helmet look ok , but the 17 is clearly shopped. Now I want to know who that is!

it's just Lacy again. you can see two of Hakim Jones right in that same area too.
