Restaurant stuff is never very hot except for the rare Thai place that actually listens, or maybe some of the buffalo wing place sauces. Which is maybe what you are talking about if it's called "nuclear."

^^This was at Zaxby's. I figured that the step above "hot" would be ok, especially considering the fact that I don't like super hot stuff usually. A friend of mine has gotten the "insane" sauce, which is a step above the nuclear, and he said he couldn't eat it (even though he LOVES really hot stuff). I'm gonna try nuclear again before I go for the insane, just in case they just fucked up the order and gave me "hot"

I had a lot of trouble falling to sleep in college. Stopped drinking caffeine at night; nada. After my last class; nada. After 2; nada. Talked to my doctor and he asked if I watched TV in bed. I did and he said try not to. This makes my body associate bed to sleep and in turn I would fall asleep faster. It worked. I'm out in 15 minutes most nights now.
