I can't decide if I want to do creamed spinach stuffed tomatoes or just roasted tomatoes with balsamic and then have the spinach separate. I wanted to try something new with the stuffed ones but now I am really wanting some balsamic-tomato-ness. And I also thought about stuffed bell peppers but for some reason having two stuffed vegetables seems weird to me.

I swear I need to hire someone to make my decisions for me sometimes because I think way too much about things that don't really matter. But I suppose in the case of what's for dinner that's what my boyfriend is there for.

To top off my day, I just shook a bottle of salad dressing that didn't have the lid screwed on, so dressing just went all over my kitchen floor and pantry door.

I did that once in high school with a jar of Mod Podge. I walked out of my room with a bunch of white goo all over my shirt and face and my dad looked very alarmed for a minute.

I need something in the NE so that we can drive to it, maybe 4-5 hours from north jersey. Neither of us are avid skiers, and we actually just want to get a lesson or two on snowboarding and goof off for a few days. Preferably a decent resort type atmosphere, so we don't have to fend for ourselves to get decent food and whatnot.

Why does breast cancer awareness month get sooooo much attention? Other awareness months you might hear about a few times, but this month it's all people seem to talk about on the radio or TV, fountains are turned pink, groceries have pink packages and there's a half page in the Food Lion circular about "raising awareness" products. And the whole stupid Facebook meme crap. It's not that I don't support the month or anything, I just don't get why it's so huge and others aren't at all.
