jenna fischer is like girl next door pretty and natalie portman is like modely/unique pretty

yea, i guess it works for me. it doesn't magically clear anything up it just makes it slightly easier to breathe and the cooling part makes the pain less if i have a bad cough. sometimes i rub it on my throat too which is weird, but if my throat is sore it kinda gives it that icy/hot feeling so it doesn't hurt for a little while haha.

EDIT: but yea it is messy. i only use that stuff when i sleep.

whats the deal with flu shots this year? last year i couldn't get the h1n1 one because i wasn't in the high risk age group and i didn't get the regular one because h1n1 was what was going around. of course i got h1n1 and couldn't get the meds because i wasn't in the high risk age group, so i just suffered through the worst flu ever

so whats the deal this year? if i get one am i even going to be protected? or is some other cray cray strand of flu going to attack me? i feel like whatever they prepare for doesn't end up being the big strand so then we're all fucked anyway. i don't even know. i can never decide how i feel about flu shots.

I think that this year, you just get one flu shot and you're covered for h1n1. As for another strand coming along, I can't help you with that.

As for the flu shot, I've never had one and I've never gotten the flu.

from what I've heard, the flu shot this year covers h1n1 (read an article not too long ago)

I got the piggy flu last year, and it was weird. Did not care for it at all.



as for getting the shot... eh, why not. My company picks up the tab for employees. So, I just had to go downstairs, spend 20 minutes, and get my shot. No biggie.

I never really got the flu in high school. Then ever since I was around you nasty fucks in college, I would get it once maybe every other year. This continued into grad school.

Now, I'm more careful with myself (making a bigger effort not to touch my eyes, nose, mouth). But now I work in an office... with old people that have kids. SO... I'm guessing the kids pick that shit up being the nasty little fucks that the are, then give that shit to their parents... who then come into work and spread it around
