i walk and talk in my sleep on a pretty regular basis, but when i get really stressed or sick i take things from around the house and hide them. when both of my parents remarried the same year i started eating in my sleep. strange things, too...an entire pack of american cheese slices, half a tub of country crock, jello or koolaid powder....
