i really want to order this lotion because my skin is dry and its the best lotion of all time (well that i've ever tried)

but it is $29. so hard to justify $30 lotion. except it lasts a long time because you don't have to reapply it frequently because it actually works.

Yesterday my nose was super stuffy so i used the neti pot thing or whatever for the 1st time. Today I can mostly breathe through my nose but I can't stop coughing. I don't feel sick, just full of phlegm

For me, when I run into people like that, I just take myself out of the moment. If I am overly frustrated with the situation, I take a deep breath. I try to understand where they are coming from. I remain calm with them even if on the inside I just want to fucking slam them into the wall. Then as soon as my interaction is done with them I might be angry with it for the next five minutes but I then appreciate the fact that the interaction is done. I move on to more enjoyable things. I think of things I have to look forward to.

The whole key is to try to stay positive throughout the whole thing. Unless it's someone you live with then be happy that when you go home for the day you don't have to see them. Be happy that it is someone that you didn't make the choice to be with.
