Today and tomorrow are going to suck. Full body workout to commence in 30 minutes, followed by an 8,000 calorie carb load in the next 30 hours. I probably will only be awake a total of 10 hours tomorrow from all the drowsiness this is going to cause.

the most depressing part of dieting is watching your strength wither away to nothing. I can't even catch my breath after what used to be my warmup sets.

dieting is what makes all the lifting worthwhile. Big muscles are so much more impressive when you can see striations and clean separations in them.

I doubt I'll ever see striations anywhere besides my chest, shoulders, and legs. I just want to make a weight class for a competition this summer or fall.

that can be the problem. try to sit straight back with the weight so that your legs go to parallel and your back is straight up and down. You'll probably have to back off on the weight you're using, but that's normal.

anyone know how to make an ankle that was almost broken like 1.5 years ago to stop hurting from time to time?

like if i jump and land on my left foot it hurts and i can barly jump off of it like maybe 15 inches

that was the first arms workout i've enjoyed in weeks

dips, kickbacks, drop set pushdowns

dropset hammer curls, preacher curls, reverse grip curls

and i did some waiter walks to finish abs, them shits fuck with your obliques

On ME Deadlift days, I always manage to scrap my shins on the pull.

I didn't hit it on the pull. I hit my shin setting it down. that's why it hurt so damn bad, because it caught the little bump of my shin splint and dug in.

When I hit the 600 mark, I'm going to start using baby powder on my legs for the pull so that I can drag the bar up my thighs.
