cool they serve cactus... i havent been out anywhere nicer than ham's in a while. not even last week in the city, i was into hot dogs and pizza. but i can also be picky and i have a low tolerance for eating stuff i dont like, so i'd hate to waste a 30 dollar plate. i need to have my taste buds retrained from those of a 7 year old

Something I made up with lentils with onion and sweet potatoes in a little spicy tomato sauce. I think it's going to be pretty good.

i think their normal closing time is like 11pm on the weekdays and later on the weekends. i think? their website probably knows...

WOW their website is running slower than molasses in winter. something tells me there's going to be about 1,000 people there for dinner tonight

That chicken looks overcooked already...so if you plan on reheating that over the next few days its going to be ridiculously dry.

WHATEVER HE IS COOKING ME.

oh and on the topic of reheating... always use a damp paper towel in the micro, it makes a huge difference especially with meats and starches.

I have one tilapia fillet marinating in some lemon pepper marinade, and another I rubbed down with old bay.

I can't decide between doing up jasmine rice with ginger, pine nuts, and some orange spice, or trying my hand at some noodles I got at the azn place, and trying to do up some sort of sauce for that.

I think the noodles would be better to add broccoli florets to

Pan seared chicken deeply coated with melegueta served with roasted water chestnuts and jasmine rice. I coated the Chicken with salted butter afterwards for a dash of flavor.

I also made a vanilla mousse to go with this for dessert which also goes great with a dash of cardamom.
