i dont think he could learn anything...he'd be like "i've scored more than that...i've carried my team like that...hell i have 3 titles and have the 2nd highest single game scoring mark in nba history...yet people hate me...and people love this kid after one great game...i dont get it"

so yeah, he wouldnt learn anything...he'd be confused

Kobe Bryant NEVER single-handedly won a playoff game like Lebron did the other night.

I am not sure Jordan has even been THAT dominant for a stretch of what 20 minutes?

Kobe has definitely singlehandedly won plenty of playoff games. Try last year - 3 games versus Phoenix. Dont forget about the game where he singlehandedly beat Detroit in the 2004 finals in game 2 when the Lakers were stacked with Shaq, Malone, and Payton (and none of them decided to show up).

So in other words EVERY game for Lebron?

Or is his team stacked with superstars like Varejo and Pavlovic?

where was this Daniel Gibson at UT?

...I guess it helps having LeBron on your team taking up 3 defenders

Gibson ftw tonight. Having the game of his life.

Why the hell was this such a late start eastern time? I just noticed it was past 8 here and it's barely into the 4th..

game was slated to start at 830 est...may have actually tipped around 840...and there was a 21 minute stoppage for clock problems. but still...we are at 2 hours 25 minutes with half the fourth left to play. there have been a lot of fouls called that has disrupted the flow of the game.

glad to see the cavs win it(or so it would appear) though...

There was a 20+ minute delay with scoreboard problems.

So

does Flip get fired? Two years in a row of extremely weak conference final showings.

I predict the Spurs in 5 games for the Finals.

4 games wouldn't shock me but i think the Cavs take either game 3 or 4.

Panthro, how are we settling for that $50?

^ that's what I am saying, it was an amazing game and series for him. I am talking about Lebron scoring 28 in the fourth quarter + 2 overtimes. This guy scored something like 20 in the fourth. Let's not rush to say that Lebron is one of the best ever already or even better the Kobe. Kobe is the best player in the world. I just hope that they can put a decent team around him so we can watch Lebron vs Kobe in the finals. That would be

What determines home court in the finals? I thought Cleveland was a 2 seed and San Antonio was a 3 seed. Why is San Antonio at home?

"I think its bullshit they wont call a technical foul when they know it will be the deciding factor in determining the outcome of a close game (except on direct rule infringment, GG NCAA Webber). Rasheed deserved it and the only way he will stop running his fucking mouth is if he costs his team a series. Well he still probably wont shut up, but I would like to believe he is smart enough to understand cause and effect.

Regards,

Everyone who is sick of watching players bitch relentlessly with zero concern for getting technical fouls.

Gibson went to Texas not Tennessee. The University of Tennessee is UT.

And congrats to Lebron for leading a cast of role players/old veterans to the Finals.

He wouldn't necessarily have been a 2nd-round pick if he had worked out for teams other than the Cavs.
