The crappy thing about poorly officiated games is you can only quantify the fouls/free throws taken. It's pretty hard to capture what it does to momentum and will of the players knowing the opposing team is getting away with a lot more than you can get away with. All it takes is a few demoralizing calls, get behind by a little bit, and your team starts doing dumb shit trying to catch up, and it just snowballs.

We didn't help ourselves much by the poor shooting effort overall, but I can only think this would be a much closer game were it more fairly officiated.

That is complete bullshit, yes it was a blocking foul, but UNC did the exact same thing and the Refs called a Charge on us. The Officiating has been complete BS and cost us a lot of momentum, but either way I think we would lose since we apparently cannot make jump shots.

That was a BS call. But for a different reason. The "no charge" zone us under the basket. They were close to the foul line.
