RW's picks were on a tipped ball(what can you do) and a VT game deja vu with a long ball up the middle, poorly thrown into 2 on 1 coverage. Other than that, he looked very good, completing 75% of his passes and scrambling very well.

True, but it was still a bad throw by russell -- it was way in front of bran. when you throw it with that much traffic in the area, you have to have pin point accuracy.

Both picks were just bad throw.

This is niggling. The defense really needs to get better. They got bailed out by terrible BC quarterbacking. They also started to tackle the runner poorly in the second half.

A team committed to the run is our kryptonite. They keep wilson off the field and they wear down our defense quickly. Once we stop getting pressure, it becomes a shootout.

To be fair, SMU's defense is slightly better statistically. But there's no reason that it shouldn't be when they're playing teams like Prairie View A&M, Kansas, Louisiana Tech, and Marshall.

Also, ECU's defense is terrible. I predict >60 points from the pack this weekend.

ECU should just hope Dom Davis doesn't get injured. State Hangs at least 40. Texas Tech never was known for their defense.

Sure, I watch all the relevant conferences: SEC, Big Ten, Pac 10, Big 12, ACC, even Big East occasionally.
