had to go down to Auburn yesterday and today for work, had some time to wander around, great little downtown area around campus. Bet game day would be fun as hell. I need to make it down there since its only about 2 hours away. Nice touches here and there around the main intersection at Toomers Corner.

I've been to an Auburn/LSU game and the Iron Bowl. Both in the student section. Great stadium, great atmosphere. Tailgating is something NCSU fans aren't used to. With Jordan Hare being on campus, parking is very inventive there. Basically anywhere on campus where there is grass or anything off the street, you can "mark off" your spot beginning on Friday, I think. Quite a different feel than in Raleigh. But there is something crazy about being in a stadium with 87,451 screaming Auburn fans.

^^ yeah, always said that NC State games really remind me of NFL games. Stadium in the middle or nowhere with HUGE lots around it. ND is like that too. Was definitely used to more like Auburn at Tennessee... stadium plopped down in the middle of campus
