Seems like your whole last post is based on this premise being true, which it's not.

It's pretty well documented that TOB said RW would have to compete for the starting job and it wouldn't just be handed to him over a guy who had been there putting in the work with the rest of the team. My guess (which I think everyone here actually does agree with) is that had RW come back, he would've just had to put in one single day of practice and Wilson would've earned the starting job over Glennon.

I loved Wilson's 3 years as our QB but I dunno why face can't get his dick out of his mouth.

Yep. There's a big difference between you're never going to play in the NFL and if you want to come back, you have to compete for the starting job because you did not come to spring practice.

Might've bought him one more year. But I don't think at that point he was a super-motivated recruiter and coach in general. So it was a matter of time regardless. But damn it would be sweet if he went out 5-0 against the Holes.

pump the brakes, we are not some football powerhouse. I love the 'reach for the sky' mentality. But obrien was like 9-3 every year at BC right? Which I think is a harder school to recruit/coach at. He was winning bowl games at BC. And he preached discipline, the biggest thing that everyone hated about Chuck lacking. You really want to go to the point of worst in history???

We punted to CJ Spiller two years before and got the ball back to the Golden God Russell Wilson but he couldn't lead us to a score. Both were the right call. All you have to do is make a play.

And I've always heard that TOB had a QB recruit coming that would have played over Thomas.
