For an UDFA like Cat, you couldn't ask for a better opportunity than PG in Philly. Their backcourt is horrendous so landing one of the 5 spots is possible. Plus with Simmons there, Philly will get plenty of media attention so if Cat manages any burn and plays well, some other team may notice.
