weird ass night with bingo with the blue hairs, while drinking pitchers of shiner straight from the handle, to the ice house with this glorious local coffee porter, that played ghostland observatory all night, then had sanctioned turtle races in the parking lot, then a homeless black guy jumped into the turtle race track, sat down his cup of lean, dropped his pants, pulled off his shirt and proceeded to dance around with the turtles butt ass naked cock flopping all over. then he got his ass kicked.

omg...we reported the roof damage in 2007 from our inspection report. If they didn't fix it then this COULD be the source of the problem and HOA would have to take care of it. Our inspector said clearly in his report that this could happen, and it HAS.
