That is some SERIOUSLY SHADY SHIT. I guarantee you there's a smoking gun or ten in those records. They've worded that in such a way that they can say they were completely unaware of what was in the phone records. "We gave the records to someone else and they're supposed to tell us what they found. We didn't think to keep copies either." Uh huh.

It brings up the question of why the university wasn't periodically reviewing his phone records, which I'm pretty sure they have to do. Officials knew he had a second phone and also knew that he didn't call a damn person on his university-issued phone, so are they really saying that they never kept tabs on his calling habits for 4 years?
