wow

i didn't set my alarm last night since its my day off and wanted to sleep in. normally i wake up on my own around when i usually do (6:45) and i attempt to go back to sleep. i didn't even FLINCH until 12pm. or if i did, i don't remember it at all.

i must have been sleepy.

i don't really like it because it makes me feel lazy BUT oh well, apparently my body needed the rest!

if i sleep in i like it to be like 10. maybe 11. haha.

oh well its not like i have anything to do today but go running, but still. for some reason sleeping in that late makes me stressed out (shocking, i know)

using the button is how the links are auto corrected

the button is totally useless though because pasting into the input window auto formats the link into a link

the button is an inefficent waste of time
taking the time to link "appropriately" is also quite a waste of time

I might be able to just give you my Nike+ tracker...I've gotta find the sensor for the ipod though...although I'm sure they sell those separately (that little fucker is hard to keep up with if you detach it). I'm about to get some new running shoes since the nikes have about eaten it, so I doubt I'll need it anymore (and I use the iphone nike app anyhow now).

As far as its accuracy, I went out to the NCSU track and calibrated it by running a lap or two, and then plugged in my weight at all. It wasn't perfect, but it was fairly accurate.

I've been using the Nike+app on my iphone, and it's not the greatest thing ever...you can't shuffle tracks on the playlist you're listening to, and the GPS can get a little wonky (I'll be running along and it'll announce that I'm at a 6:35 pace, then I'll hit the button again just a few seconds later, and it'll say I'm at a 9:35 pace, despite me not slowing down any).

^^I don't. Which Is why I didn't answer my phone. I have like half a bar in here. I actually can't talk on the phone in the building at all without dropping a call. I have to run outside when I get a call. Obviously I can't do that when I'm suited up in a clean room.
