We are a simple team to beat, and UAB worked the game plan to perfection. Double and triple smith, play wood for the shot. We didn't even get a tight whistle, which helps tracy out on the blocks.

They never had to worry about Javi, degand, mays, CJ, thomas, etc driving, shooting, or scoring. Other guys have to hit open shots to make our offense work.

On defense, they just got by Javi and Mays all day.

Between Smith, javi, wood, brown, harrow, cj, cj2?, we gotta have 3 players on the court at all times who can score, and hopefully 2 who command a double team.

Overall a pretty disappointing season. I know a lot of people are feeling good after the finish to the season...but honestly, what was so special about it?? We had a nice run of beating some below average to average teams and we still bowed out in the 2nd round of the NIT. Whoop-tee-fucking-do. NCAA or bust next year IMO. Lowe better hope Harrow can take him to the tourney or he should be out (at least if a normal, competent individual was our AD...which unfortunately isn't the case).

And who gives a fuck?? They are UNC...we are NC State. We haven't done anything relevant in 27 years. UNC has won two national titles in the past 5 years. They are arguably the top college basketball program EVER (arguments can be made for UCLA and Kentucky). It's the fucking NIT...who gives a shit. They might have gone a little over the top...but it's probably the only time these little shit programs get to play a team like UNC where the game has any sort of relevance (albeit, shitty NIT relevance...it's relevant to them).

The fact that NC State fans are getting riled up by shit like this, just goes to show why we are so pathetic as a program. Win some games so we can be in the NCAA tourney and we don't have to worry about this shit.

^It's almost more sad than it is funny. It makes me feel sorry for the announcers. Not only do they look pathetic (first guy Jimmy Johnson haircut and 2nd guy just looks retarded)...but they either don't know what they're talking about or they didn't care to do any research on the teams in the current game so all they have to talk about is UNC.

Not taking up for these idiots, but what in the fuck do you expect them to do...

NC State was getting kicked in the dick the entire game and maintained trailing by 20pts the entire game...and just before that game, UNC beat the best team in the NIT, in Mississippi, on a last second layup. Exciting game.

We didn't get hosed by the announcers..we just got our fucking asses handed to us from the jump ball on and it left NOTHING for them to talk about.

Want them to not talk about UNC? Then play a fucking competitive game!

Making videos like this makes it seem like the announcers love UNC. They weren't pro UNC, they were just looking ahead to what is sure to be a more exciting game then the one that NC State played.

Look, I love the Wolfpack and hate the holes, but what the hell else was their to talk about? (I know the game.... don't give me that, there was never a game Saturday). I do admit, they were really repetative about how they talked about UNC and how they view UNC, but in my opinion over the course of a game it wasn't too much UNC talk.

However, they hardly talked about NC State's run to that point because they probably didn't know until they were given the pregame notes. They didn't see anything impressive in person, so they probably figured we just made a crappy run against crappy teams to get to that point. It was definetely annoying though when the guy said it would be "ho-hum" for UNC v NCSU to play again. That is just your typical Walmart fan with the whole "We're not rivals" Bullcrap attitude.
