So it sounds like we (and Carolina) may still be in it with DL Jason Strowbridge. He's still committed to Kentucky and UCF has been mentioned too.

yeah, we're gonna have some good height on the lines. On the OL, I've seen McGirt and Workman listed as 6'6" and Wiltz at 6'5". On DL, Riley (6'6"), Roseboro, Olenga, Johnson, and Douglas (if we get him back after JUCO or prep) are all 6'4" or above.

Solid class. Great in-state haul (I think we got 4 of the top 7).

Filled position needs. Got some big uglies on the lines, got a few LBs, a few secondary....and just smashed it out of the park in the backfield (and slot...Hines). Also got that "safety" QB that we desperately needed in Meyers (who's film looks really really good...Wilson-esque if you may).

Not as highly ranked as you'd like to see...but we're definitely moving up. We made in-roads with these kids after going 0-fer in the ACC last year...and solidified them with our run at the end of the year (and beginning if you count the early commits). These classes are only going to get better if we can keep putting good results on the field.

Yeah next year will be important to sustain this. Gotta go at least 8-4 I would venture and have better showings in our losses. Anything less than that and the momentum will be gone just a fast as it came.

This Bryant guy is an absolute animal on film. It doesn't even look fair. He had 2.5 sacks in the Shrine Bowl and was said to be virtually unblockable.

He had tons of interest from SEC big boys, but apparently there was very little chance of him qualifying, so he had very few offers. Somehow that changed in the past few days and the offers came streaming in. Hopefully he makes it to campus, because he can be dominant if he keeps his weight in check.

he also looks like he can move surprisingly fast for a guy who's 335 lbs. can't wait to see what he looks like after a couple years of conditioning and weight training.
