i don't know whether to run in the AM or not. i was going to but i ran this afternoon so didn't take a shower until like 5...meaning that i won't need one in the morning (well prob won't) unless i run

but also recently i've been having really bad nightmares so waking up DRENCHED in sweat, which warrants a shower even if i've had one the night before
