i think i'm going to start showering before bed on days i have to work all the time. i know a lot of people say showering helps them wake up, but i feel WAY more awake and energized getting 30-45 minutes extra sleep instead

Checking one of the running/workout threads and taking up the suggestion about lunch break runs was one of the best things I've done in a while...although I'm pretty sure the other people in the office are a little weirded out when I leave, then see me running past the office a few minutes later in completely different clothes.
