according to sfn they filed tax forms (990T) but didn't file the other 990 forms. so there are at least some records to be found. those books would be interesting to see to say the least.

I'm saying that I haven't seen the Swahili profs name mentioned on the Africa for All Season non-profit at all, in fact very little at all seems to be known about Africa for all Seasons except that it was indeed established 13 days after Marvin Austin signed with UNC and that the guy listed as being in charge of the joint has a cell phone one digit away from being Marvin's number and they are potentially on the same company plan.

Chan" and someone scrambled the letters and got "Hawk Anch" as in Chris Hawkins and Achorman. If that turns out to be some kind of code name that ought to win some kind of award for investigating stuff

It is freaking amazing that this UNC scandal keeps getting better. Soon it will take Austin and Butch being implicated on a drug money laundering scheme involving hookers, blow, and Thorpe to top the latest news with the way things are going.

Hopefully some local media person picks up on the PP stuff and is able to get editorial approval to run with the story. And hopefully that leads to national coverage and the top is blown off the whole scandal. Imagine ESPN doing an "expose" on this whole thing. Popcorn shortage
